Hi! I’m Lily. I want to support you to feel better, to heal and to thrive.
As an Ayurvedic Practitioner with a Master of Science degree in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, as well as a long time devotee and teacher of the science of Yoga, I would love to help you address root causes of imbalance and support optimal health.
Ayurveda is a system of individualized health, honoring the principles of nature, that has been practiced for thousands of years. Ayurveda is the ultimate Preventative Medicine, as it is able to predict and address future problems based on an understanding of causative factors. Though Ayurveda originated in India, its principals, based on Natural Law, are timeless and placeless. Ayurveda recognizes individual mind-body types that create unique health tendencies and needs. There is no one size all approach to wellness in Ayurveda.
I’d love to help you on your unique journey to wholeness through achieving balance in the body, mind and spirit. I invite you to deepen your connection to your body through journaling, reflection, and ritual. I may suggest changes to your lifestyle, diet, herbs, meditation, movement therapy, sound therapy, and other natural therapeutics. I also offer Private Yoga, Sound Healing and Nervous System Nourishment sessions to complement our work together.
By gently upleveling your lifestyle and living more harmoniously with nature, you will begin to create within your body the optimal environment for healing.

An Ayurvedic Practitioner is not a substitute for medical care, and will not diagnose or prescribe for disease or pathological conditions. In some cases, I may recommend that you be evaluated by a licensed medical professional. If you are under medical care or the care of another healthcare provider, your work with me will compliment the work being done by your other providers. What to Expect at the Introductory Session
In your introductory Ayurvedic Wellness Intake session, we’ll meet for about 75 minutes. Ayurveda seeks to find the root causes of any symptoms, and preemptively address imbalances before they manifest as disease. Before our appointment, I ask you to fill out the Intake Form (found below) that asks you to share many aspects of your life. During your appointment, I’ll ask some clarifying questions to determine your prakriti (mind-body type), your current vikruti (imbalance) and share Ayurveda’s multi-modality approach to help bring balance to any imbalances and unveil your optimal state of whole being wellness.
After your Intake session that goes in depth into your personal history to determine your BodyMind Type, I suggest we work together over the next 6-12 months to give you support and accountability with your multi-modality Treatment Plan. Each time we meet, we’ll go over your current health, symptoms, diet, herbs, and wellness routine to get clear on what imbalances are presenting, and what ayurvedic protocols can help get you back on track to balance, wholeness, and radiance.
